  • Dreamy Dawless Synthjam with Squarp Pyramid

OK guys, this is a premiere for me. Weeks ago, I got a new hardware sequencer, the Squarp Pyramid - it's a beast! And during the past weeks, while still performing with the Digitakt, I started to switch my music creation process to the new machine. It is actually a another new world. Now, this is the very first pattern I made and it feels like I need to restart my complete creation process. While the Digitakt delivers everything in one little box (that's actually what I love about it), the setup with the Squarp is unlikely much more complex and shortly after I understood the concepts, I started to "overdo" stuff which reminded me of working with Ableton: you CAN do so much. Too much. So much that I somehow got a bit lost. So, I must learn once again to focus and that's what I will do with the next track. This jam is utilizing the Elektron Digitakt, Elektron Digitone, Model:Samples, the Novation Peak and the Roland TB-03. I actually think I wanted to go to the Max with the arrangement and try to use everything at once LOL For the next track, I think I will go back to my basics and play with silence or something :D Do you like this pattern? Lemme know in ze comments! Need help building up your own studio? I can help you with that! Check my Private Coachings and book a free call!

  • Dawless House Jam with Elektron Digitakt

Welcome to this weeks Digitakt Jam! The track is a little special as I added some Middle East Voice samples after I recorded the performance. These samples are so nice - I really love the collection of swells and vocal phrases. I strongly recommend to listen to this Jam with headphones to fully hear the bassline and low frequencies. And don't forget the next Jam will be something super special - I will present the Garagen Release Event on my and Atlas Castle's YouTube Channels! You don't wanna miss it, we kick off this Sunday 31st, 9pm CET on my YouTube!

  • The "Synth Club" delivers another unforgettable night of Electronic Live Music

The Synth Club returned on September 6 with a night full of genre-blending electronic live music performances, tons of gear, highlighting international talent and fostering a strong community spirit. Thanks to everyone who supported us by showing up, donating, helping hand and sharing the word <3 Raz Mataz Opens the Night with High-Energy Deep House The evening kicked off with a high-octane 30 minute deep house set by Israeli artist Raz Mataz. His dynamic energy and rhythmic flow, performed with Ableton Live, set the tone for what would become an unforgettable night. Ashtom’s Ambient Drone Set Creates a Sonic Landscape Next up was Ashtom , who shifted the atmosphere with a 45-minute ambient performance rich in drone textures and evolving sonic layers. His set offered a meditative contrast and prepared the crowd for what came next. Ashtom, cstl, Under Red Skies, Ingeborg, 59 Perlen, Raz Mataz (from left to right) 59 Perlen Surprises Audience with Live Collab Featuring Ingeborg Following Ashtom, 59 Perlen took the stage with a fully improvised melodic ambient live set. The highlight: a surprise guest appearance by Swiss singer-songwriter Ingeborg , with whom he had previously collaborated. Their live synergy captivated the crowd and deepened the emotional resonance of the performance. Fast-Paced Modular Techno Lights Up the Night The tempo picked up with two artists from Denmark. First, Under Red Skies delivered a dark and energetic modular synth set, fusing fast-paced rhythms with gritty textures. Closing the night was Copenhagen-based artist cstl , who delivered a minimalist, introspective set. Midway through, Ashtom returned to the stage for an unplanned back-to-back performance, extending the experience by another 45 minutes and leaving the audience fully immersed. A Celebration of Indie Electronic Music and Community The night proved to be a huge success for artists, fans, and organizers alike. Events like the Synth Club continue to strengthen the local and international indie electronic music scene, create unforgettable memories, and foster meaningful connections in a world dominated by more and more articially created art and financially driven mass festivals. • Dawless Jam Session with Elektron Model:Samples and Digitakt

It turned out that my videos get the best exposure on Saturday night, so here's this weeks Jam, a sweet dub ambient house pattern. Once again, made with Elektron Model:Samples and the Digitakt. Unfortunately, there is misfunction on the MS which keeps track 2 playing reversed, even when I switch it back to normal mode - after a short while it goes back to reverse mode (you see it a couple of times in the video). If any of you guys has a fix for this, I'd more than happy to get to know these in the comments below as It appears also with other patterns I saved in the same project. Strange. Anyways, the track is even cool with track 2 playing backwards hehe I am using a couple of layered pad sounds on the Digitakt to shape a texture. There are also some loops I found in the library and re-played them at a different speed, they make a nice feeling (especially during the intro and outdo parts). I also use the Midi Loopback feature of the Digitakt to modulate the FX parameters.

Welcome to another Synthjam with my Digitakt! The track was written some time ago and I posted a breakdown video about it. • Dawless Minimal House Jam with Digitakt only

Today’s jam happened in the forrest! As I love to take field recordings, I took my Digitakt and went out to the forrest near my hometown. It was a windy day, and so I took some recordings of the wind in the forrest, put it on the Digitakt and made a drone from it. If you like it, let me know 😎 happy Sunday!
