Hey hey my guys, it took me a long time but I'm finally back with a lot of fresh ideas and news that I will share with you very soon. But first of all, I have to tell you, I really missed you guys, the live sessions and the music during the past 2 months and I'm so excited to get things finally rolling again! While there's so much more to tell you, I want to share some news about my upcoming EP "Home" first! It drops August 20 and I'm pretty excited about it. Embedded below is a first preview of one of the tracks that I performed some months ago titled "Glacier". My friend Alpha Mound produced a totally fantastic remix out of it. He added some extra spices to the track and on top we hear his super chilled guitar play. What a combination, I'm super proud of this song and I think you will love it too. My recent Synthjams with the Digitakt have mostly been "Minimal" influenced.

Welcome to Thursday's Synthjam! This week, I wanted to dive deeper into house moods and here's the result. This track is titled "Forget his Song" and I think it really shines when it comes to the groove pattern here. The track uses once more multiple LFOs to modulate the background texture FX parameters (Bitrate, Send Delay, HPF Delay) at very low speeds to create some ever evolving sounds. The track will be releases on my artist profiles, stay tuned.

Right before I celebrate the release of our Digitakt based EP "Garagen" on Friday 29 of January together I bought this very cool Synth a while ago, but after making some patterns with Digitakt and Digitone machine first before I add the other one (no, the Model:Samples doesn't count as it's basically a second Digitakt A bit faster, you hear some Berlin House like synth hooks coming from the Digitone, the Digitakt plays

to 1 sample, which is then again modulated by different LFOs, using the MIDI Loopback feature of the Digitakt The other texture of this track was created once more with one of the Digitakt Stock Oscillator Waveforms

Welcome to my first Digitakt Jam of the new year :) If you follow me on Instagram, you’ve probably seen possibilities of this pedal, I’ve added it to this little setup, where it plays together with the Elektron Digitakt The groove section and the pad sounds are coming from the Digitakt.

Welcome to this weeks Dawless Hardware Jam, a sweet melodic house track. I’m still exercising with the Vermona PerFourMer and this song is no exception. What sets it apart from last weeks track is its setup. Rather having one dedicated effect insert per sequencer strip, I created a little effect chain with a delay and a reverb and hooked it up to the sum output of the Vermona. The sequence itself got split into 4 separate tracks that I tweaked in different ways. If you want to know more about the track structure, I recorded a breakdown video as well that will publish this Thursday! I will go through the arrangement, the gear and the performance if this song. While my latest Jams have been very minimalistic, this one feels a little phatter and more ambient to me, mostly because of the grooves (which I like a lot here) and the mallet melody.
